Bob moved to Gulf Shores, Alabama from New Hampshire in 1981 and immediately fell in love with the area and its beautiful climate. He has been selling Gulf Shores & Orange Beach real estate for 24 years - 18 of those with RE/MAX. In 1994 Bob took over ownership and management of RE/MAX of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach and by 1998 it was #1 RE/MAX office in the State of Alabama, a feat repeated in 5 of the next 6 years. Then in 1999 RE/MAX of Gulf Shores was the #1 Re/MAX office world wide. After selling RE/MAX of Gulf Shores and RE/MAX of Orange Beach in June of 2004 Bob opened RE/MAX Paradise. This smaller office has allowed Bob to concentrate on what he really loves to do - market real estate in South Baldwin County Alabama.

Virginia has been selling the Alabama Gulf Coast since 1998, and prides herself by staying abreast of the ever changing market. She has been licensed in FL since 2002. She is a native of West Alabama & South East Arkansas. She grew up in the Real Estate business. Virginia's mother owned a brokerage for over 20 years in McGehee, AR. Virginia earned a degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Ed from the University of West AL. She is the mother of 3 boys Garrett, Avery, and Bryant.

Since 1993, David has been selling residential, condominium, and commercial properties in Mobile and Baldwin Counties. David is a native of Mobile and graduated from Meridian High School in Meridian, Ms. After attending college at the University of the South in Sewanee, Tn., David worked in computer design and programming in the Dallas area before entering real estate sales.

Lance Steffek joined RE/MAX Paradise in 2010 because "No One in the World Sells More Real Estate than RE/MAX". Lance, his wife Courtney, and their two children have deep roots in our community and have chosen to raise their family here. He holds the SFR, Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification, and has a degree in Genetics from Texas A & M. Lance works closely with buyers and sellers to ensure their individual real estate needs are met.

Sunnie is a Gulf Shores native and joined RE/MAX of Gulf Shores in 1995 as the receptionist and became Bob's assistant a short while later. Since then she has assisted Bob's customers and clients throughout the transaction process.
